teamwork of the original astronauts.

are doing living on their own?
Have you asked yourselves the following questions?
- Can my parents safely remain in the family home?
- Are bills being paid on time and who will manage their finances?
- Is caring for my parents taking me away from personal life, family and work?
- How can I maintain my parent's dignity and independence?
If you answered YES to one or more of these questions seek help from an elder mediator,
a geriatric care manager or a mental health counselor to help you create a plan of care that meets
the needs of the older adult, your siblings and yours.
Begin by contacting the NASA EAP professional at your Center. If you want to provide good care to your loved one, you must take care of yourself first.
