Nutrition Tip of the Week
A study from Harvard Medical School suggests that men and women who start their day with breakfast are far less likely to become obese, compared to those who skip the first meal of the day. Some quick breakfast options are: whole-grain cereal with either fruit and milk, or a cup of yogurt; frozen waffles topped with peanut butter; instant oatmeal with milk and dried fruit; or a whole-wheat pita stuffed with sliced hard-cooked eggs. Whatever you decide to eat, just make sure you start out the day with breakfast.
